I am looking for quiet, clean, hard responsible professional to rent a room to in my 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. Conviently located just minuets from I65 off of Hwy 31. Come live in a quiet neighborhood just minuets from a pharmacy, banking, grocery, and convience stores.
I have two rooms to choose from. The smaller(but still large room) is conviently located right next to the private bath. This room will rent for $600 a month. If you want something larger I have a room that would easily accomidate a King bed and you could have a sitting/office area. This room will rent for $800 a month. I will only be renting to one room mate so the choice is yours.
I work part time and my fianc is an Electrical Engineer for a local company. We are both quiet and very clean people. Both of us have children that will be staying at the home during holidays so child friendly is important. I do not allow smoking or drugs in my home or on the property. I am an upstanding citizen and will not allow any illegal activity in my home or on my property. There is a pet allergy so I cant allow pets.
